At Lisa Says Gah, we want you to love your unique finds, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn and unwashed items. Please ensure all original tags remain attached to qualify for a refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Affix the return label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at any authorized mail carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-10 business days.
